About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled School Travel Director to join our team at Wyndy LLC. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of students to and from school.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement transportation plans that meet the needs of our students and families
  • Collaborate with school administrators to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  • Manage a team of school bus drivers and monitors, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Monitor fleet maintenance and repair activities, identifying opportunities for cost savings
  • Respond to transportation-related issues and concerns in a prompt and professional manner

Requirements:

  • Experience in transportation or a related field, with a proven track record of success
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • A passion for working with children and families, with a commitment to their well-being and safety

Salary Range: $70,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. Wyndy LLC offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as 401(k) matching and paid time off.
