Key Responsibilities- Provide cardiac monitoring and clerking duties under the direction of licensed or certified staff.
- Perform duties necessary to maintain the flow of patient care, ensuring seamless communication and coordination with healthcare teams.
- Utilize strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse populations.
- Basic computer skills, with proficiency in electronic medical records and other healthcare software.
- Typing/computer skills, with the ability to accurately and efficiently enter data.
- Successful completion of Basic EKG Interpretation, with a strong understanding of medical terminology.
- Bilingual Spanish or Chinese preferred, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and families.
- 1-2 years of hospital/healthcare experience in clerical/office or unit clerking, with a strong understanding of healthcare operations.
