Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist, Outpatient

We are seeking a per diem Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Metro Physical & Aquatic Therapy. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will work with patients to evaluate and treat communication and swallowing disorders.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in speech-language pathology and experience working with patients of all ages. You will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, and providing therapy services. You will also work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for our patients.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate patients to determine the need for speech therapy services
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to address communication and swallowing disorders
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to patients
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • License to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of New York
  • CCC-SLP certification
  • Experience working with patients of all ages
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Salary:

$60 per hour
