Behavioral Health Specialist

The Behavioral Health Provider for Primary Care will deliver direct psychotherapy services to behavioral health patients and support the Behavioral Health Director in managing the department's clinical operations. This includes creating and enforcing policies and procedures, gathering data, preparing reports, and handling additional tasks as needed.
Work Schedule:Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm or 8:30am - 5:00pm, with one later shift per week on Tuesday or Thursday, 11:30am - 8:00pm.
Workload:Approximately 32 hours of clinical work per week and 8 hours of administrative work.
Compensation:$75,000 - $85,000 per year.
Location:Available in Dorchester, MA, Hyannis, MA, and Plymouth, MA.
Requirements:Ability to work independently, current MA LICSW or LMHC or LMFT license, and a Master's Degree in a relevant discipline.
