Assembler I

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Assembler I to join our team at AliMed, a leading medical products manufacturer and distributor. As a key member of our production team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our products.

• Assemble medical devices and products in accordance with specifications and quality standards.
• Package products using L-seal and heat tunnel equipment, print labels, and label product, box, and pack orders onto pallets.
• Accurately execute picking production orders, which may require travel to other locations.
• Maintain the production floor's organization and cleanliness, and assist with new stock put-aways.
• Stuff products by accurately uniting fabricated products with their respective counterparts.
• Perform mechanical assembly, beanbag production, and other tasks as required.
• Actively contribute to continuous improvement activities and teams, including Kaizen events.
• Cross-train in various areas, including foam cutting, fabrication, and gluing, as well as auto-bagging production and light maintenance.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand instructions in English.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to multi-task and be detail-oriented.
• Ability to lift 100 lbs.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to perform preventative maintenance on equipment and light repairs.
