Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Assembler I to join our team at AliMed, a leading medical products manufacturer and distributor. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assembling medical devices in accordance with specifications, ensuring high-quality products that meet our customers' needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble medical devices in accordance with specifications, using a variety of tools and equipment.
  • Package products by utilizing L-seal and heat tunnel equipment, printing labels, and labeling product, box, and pack orders onto pallets.
  • Accurately execute picking production orders, which may require travel to other locations.
  • Maintain the production floor's organization and cleanliness, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Assist with new stock put-aways and contribute to continuous improvement activities and teams.
  • Cross-train in various areas, including foam cutting, fabrication, and gluing, as well as auto-bagging production and light maintenance.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to speak, read, write, and understand instructions in English.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and be detail-oriented.
  • Ability to lift 100 lbs.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to perform preventative maintenance on equipment and light repairs.
