Position Overview:
As a Sales Associate at Goodwill Industries of Dallas, you will play a vital role in our mission to support individuals facing barriers to employment. Your responsibilities will be tailored to your unique skills and the needs of our organization. Specializations may include roles such as Accessories Grader, Cashier, Donation Attendant, Linens Grader, Material Handler, Miscellaneous Grader, Rack Roller, and Shoe Grader.

Compensation:
Hourly Rate: $12.50/hr

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with customers to provide exceptional service.
  • Assist in the processing and grading of donations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
  • Support team members and collaborate on various tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or GED preferred.
  • Experience in customer service is advantageous.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English.
  • Reliable transportation and communication are essential.

  • Must be capable of operating a computer and handling various donated goods.

Work Environment:
  • Combination of indoor and outdoor settings.
  • Flexible work schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Moderate noise levels in the workplace.
