What We Are Looking For
We are seeking a remarkable individual to take on the role of Senior Housekeeper. The ideal candidate will be a diligent and reliable professional who upholds our values while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness across our properties. This role involves close collaboration with the local management team and providing mentorship to fellow staff members.
This position is part-time, with the possibility of transitioning to full-time based on individual performance and company needs. Work hours may vary weekly and seasonally depending on operational demands.
Key Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and maintain Vacasa properties
- Foster a welcoming atmosphere for guests
- Identify and report damages, creating maintenance requests
- Guide and support fellow housekeeping staff
- Conduct inspections and perform touch-up cleans as necessary
- Build cooperative relationships with team members and management
- Assist colleagues and management as needed
- Manage waste disposal and uphold cleanliness standards
- Achieve housekeeping performance metrics and participate in required meetings
- Restock consumable items and maintain hot tubs
- Perform additional duties as assigned
