Job Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Therapist to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in a supportive and collaborative environment. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse client population and contribute to the growth and development of our organization.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality therapeutic services to clients, including individual, couples, and family therapy sessions
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each client
  • Collaborate with other clinicians and support staff to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments
  • Contribute to the growth and development of our organization through participation in quality improvement initiatives and other projects
Requirements
  • Master's or doctoral degree in a relevant field (e.g. psychology, social work, counseling)
  • Current licensure as a therapist in the state of California
  • Experience working with diverse client populations and presenting issues
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
