Job Responsibilities
• Deliver consistently professional, friendly, and engaging service
• Manage all incoming communications for the department, ensuring accurate and timely dissemination of messages and requests.
• Process departmental requests and delegate tasks efficiently
• Supervise the daily operations of the Housekeeping office, ensuring adherence to service standards
• Handle various responsibilities related to inventory management, including purchase orders and invoice processing.
• Oversee shipping and receiving operations for guests and team members
• Provide comprehensive administrative support across all areas of the Housekeeping department
• Collaborate closely with other departments, sharing daily updates and changes
• Address guest inquiries promptly, logging issues and notifying relevant departments as necessary
• Work in conjunction with the Maintenance team to address repair needs
• Balance operational, administrative, and team member requirements
• Adhere to departmental policies, procedures, and service standards
• Follow all safety and sanitation protocols
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications
• Demonstrated ability to provide professional, friendly, and engaging service
• Experience in managing departmental communications and ensuring prompt response
• Proven skills in task delegation and workflow management
• Familiarity with inventory control systems and administrative support functions
• Strong collaboration skills with various departments
• Ability to address guest concerns efficiently
• Commitment to maintaining safety and sanitation standards
• Flexibility to undertake other responsibilities as needed
