KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Execute laboratory assessments on soils, concrete, construction materials, and asphalt in accordance with standardized testing protocols.
  • Clearly convey test outcomes to pertinent stakeholders.
  • Uphold a safe and compliant working environment.
  • Generate comprehensive reports and conduct data analysis.
  • Ensure meticulous documentation of sample logging.
  • Carry out maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.
  • Record testing procedures and manage sample inventory efficiently.
  • Conduct field evaluations and sampling as necessary.

  • Basic proficiency in computer operations.
  • Understanding of fundamental math and physics principles.
  • Capability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Possession of a valid California driver's license.

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND:

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Additional certifications related to laboratory testing are advantageous.
