Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at the Center for Disability Services. As a Physical Therapist, you will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to provide state-of-the-art physical therapy services to students with disabilities.

Our school is a unique educational environment where we address life skills, vocational education, community outings, and intensive sensory and behavioral needs, maximizing our students' level of independence in life.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide physical therapy services to students with disabilities in a school setting.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Work with students, families, and staff to promote independence and community integration.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • NYS State Licensure, active and in good standing.
  • Experience working with students with disabilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
