Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Speech Therapist to join our team at Warren Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing in Queensbury, New York. As a Speech Therapist, you will be responsible for implementing treatment programs to help patients recover from communication disorders, cognitive impairments, and swallowing difficulties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients' communication, cognitive, and swallowing needs.
  • Collaborate with physical therapists, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Conduct assessments, evaluations, and progress monitoring to track patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.

Requirements

  • New York State Speech Therapist License
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Effective problem-solving skills
