Position Overview:
- The role involves engaging with clients to guarantee they receive top-tier service and assistance regarding their nutritional and food service requirements.
- Deliver outstanding customer support by swiftly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and managing client concerns through various communication channels.
- Accurately process and monitor food service requests, ensuring they align with the specific dietary needs and preferences of patients.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of menu options, dietary restrictions, and allergen information to effectively assist clients.
- Collaborate with healthcare facilities, patients, nursing staff, and food service teams to coordinate meal deliveries, special requests, and any adjustments in dietary requirements.
- Handle client complaints and inquiries with professionalism and empathy, focusing on prompt resolution.
- Maintain precise records of client interactions, orders, and feedback for reporting and quality enhancement purposes.
- Ensure all client interactions adhere to company service standards and quality metrics.
- Comply with relevant healthcare regulations and industry standards in all processes and interactions.
- Actively seek feedback from supervisors and pursue opportunities for skill enhancement and performance improvement.
