About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Medicine Specialist to join our team at Bon Secours Mercy Health in Lorain, OH.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health and malpractice insurance, paid vacation, CME allowance, and a 403b plan with hospital matching.

Job Description

This role involves utilizing the EPIC EMR system across our network to provide high-quality care to patients. The ideal candidate will have minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in urgent care or emergency room settings.

  • Active NP or PA licensure is required.
  • The ability to work independently and efficiently is essential.

The successful candidate will also have strong communication skills and be able to collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals.

Work Environment

We offer a flexible schedule with Monday – Friday (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM) work hours, with no call requirements. Our state-of-the-art facilities are equipped to provide the best possible care for our patients.
