Job Title: RN ICU Full Time Nights

Join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals at Saint Francis Hospital - Bartlett as a Registered Nurse (RN) in our Intensive Care Unit (ICU). We are seeking a compassionate and skilled RN to provide high-quality patient care and support our team in delivering exceptional patient outcomes.

About the Role:

This is a full-time, night shift position that requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team to provide direct clinical patient care. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans, as well as supervising and delegating tasks to other staff members.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct clinical patient care to assigned patients on a per shift basis.
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
  • Supervise and delegate tasks to other staff members as needed.
  • Participate in unit-level decision-making and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate patient care.
Requirements:
  • Active and current registered nurse license in the state of residence/practice.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to serve as a role model and advocate for the professional discipline of nursing.
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
  • Preferred: Academic degree in nursing (Bachelor or Master degree).
  • Required: Must be currently licensed, certified or registered to practice profession as required by law, regulation in state of practice or policy. CPR.
