We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Clare Opco LLC. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and leading our nursing team.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents
- Assess and document resident conditions and nursing needs
- Administer medications, start IVs, and perform treatments as needed
- Supervise and direct LPNs, LVNs, and CNAs
- Participate in orientation and in-service training for personnel
- Ensure that supplies are utilized economically and that equipment is clean and maintained in a safe manner
- Report and record pertinent observations and reactions regarding residents
- Coordinate nursing care of residents when scheduled for therapy or procedures by other departments
- Graduate of accredited RN School of Nursing
- Valid RN license in the state employed
- Valid CPR certification
- One year of nursing experience preferred
- Leading market wages starting at $38.20-$50.14 per hour
