Job Summary
The Providence RN Careers team is seeking a skilled Per Diem/On Call Registered Nurse to join our PACE/Elderplace team. As a Per Diem/On Call RN, you will provide and supervise professional, independent nursing care for Providence patients, promoting their optimal health and independence.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, order, give, delegate, teach, and supervise professional nursing care delivery.
- Apply knowledge of the nursing process and the Oregon Nurse Practice Act to provide high-quality patient care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote health and independence.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements
- Relevant training applicable to the position, as specified by the Nurse Manager.
- Upon hire: Oregon Registered Nurse License.
- Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
- Upon hire: Relevant certifications applicable to the position, as specified by the Nurse Manager.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
- 1-year Home health RN experience.
