Key Responsibilities:

  • Engaging with customers in-store, via phone, text, and email, using our tailored customer service techniques.
  • Completing the Product Technology Specialist Certification, which we will sponsor, to deepen your product knowledge.
  • Applying our proven sales strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.
  • Utilizing our web-based Point of Sale and Inventory system to assist clients effectively.
  • Ensuring clients feel confident and informed about their vehicle upgrades throughout the process.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service from the first interaction to follow-up communications.
  • Maintaining an organized and clean retail environment while managing inventory.
  • Demonstrating self-motivation and the ability to meet sales targets.

Qualifications:

  • A positive attitude and eagerness to learn new concepts.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to empathize and negotiate effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the initiative to research vehicle solutions independently.
  • Comfortable with computer usage and proficient typing skills.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Availability to work five days a week, including Saturdays.
