**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Facilitate in-store food and product demonstrations and events to engage customers and promote sales.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of products, accessories, and services to build sales and practice suggestive selling.
  • Use communication skills to effectively interact with customers and build rapport with store personnel.
  • Prepare and serve food samples using small appliances and maintain a clean and safe work station.
  • Assist with preparation for client visits and complete audit corrections.
  • Build and maintain rapport with store personnel to effectively meet company and client objectives.
  • Perform any other work-related duties as assigned.

**Requirements and Conditions:**

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to stand up to 4 hours at a time, walk, use hands and fingers to handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, talk and hear, visual ability to read instructions and perform events, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb, balance, lift and carry up to 42 pounds, push and pull a wheeled demonstration cart weighing up to 300 pounds fully laden with appliances, supplies and product.
  • Ability to prepare foods using cooking utensils such as knives, convection oven, fryer, coffee maker, electric fryer, microwaves and hot oils.

**Working Conditions:**

Retail store environment with some travel.
