About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Service Technician to join our team at TLC Management. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and cleanliness of our residential properties, providing exceptional customer service to our residents, and performing various maintenance tasks to ensure the overall quality of our properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents, responding to their concerns and requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Conduct daily inspections of the property to identify and address any maintenance issues or hazards
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards and regulations
  • Collaborate with the Property Manager and Director of Maintenance to prioritize and complete work orders and unit turns
  • Respond to after-hours emergency calls, including weekends and holidays, to ensure the safety and well-being of our residents
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in maintenance or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
