Job Overview

The Multifamily Leasing Consultant is the primary point of contact for residents and potential residents, responsible for showcasing the community's amenities and services.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor when interacting with residents and staff.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of rental applications and lease agreements.
  • Conduct tours of the property, highlighting its features and benefits.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to meet resident needs and exceed expectations.
Requirements
  • 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably within Residential Property Management.
  • High School diploma or equivalency certificate required.
  • Valid Driver's License and good driving record.
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office and Google Apps.
