Key Responsibilities- Conduct complex analysis and modeling to support business operations and decision-making
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business initiatives
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to inform business strategy
- Develop and maintain business scorecards and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- 4-7 years of related business experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and specialized business technologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
- Comprehensive knowledge of business fundamentals, performance metrics, and industry trends
- MBA or relevant advanced degree
- Proficiency in Exelon business applications, particularly OneMDS, ARCOS, OMS, and Asset Suite 8
- Experience in application/software administration, database management, and utility field operations
- Competitive salary range: $77,600-$116,400
- Annual bonus and incentive pay up to 15%
