Seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Medicine Physician to join our team at Mercy Medical Center Mt. Shasta. As a Family Medicine Physician, you will have the opportunity to work in our rural health clinics and hospitalist program, providing comprehensive care to patients in a hospital setting.
Key Responsibilities- Provide primary care to patients in our rural health clinics
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to patients in a hospital setting
- Engage with patients and build strong relationships within the community
- Participate in our hospitalist program, if desired
- Annual guaranteed base salary starting at $255,000+
- Additional bonus incentives
- Sign-on bonus $50,000, and Student loan Assistance
- Retention Bonus: $25,000 end of each year
- Quality Incentives: Patient satisfaction, Clinical quality, Productivity Incentive- on top of base salary per WRVU over 4800 annually
- Non-Cash Employment benefits: Paid Time Off, Sick Leave, 40 hours paid CME time annually included in contract + up to $3,500 reimbursement for expenses
