At Dignity Health, we are seeking a skilled Family Medicine and Obstetrics physician to join our team at Mercy Medical Center Mt. Shasta. This is a unique opportunity to provide high-quality healthcare services to a rural community while enjoying the beautiful surroundings of Northern California.
We are currently recruiting for an FP/OB physician who would work in our clinic and hospital as an employed physician. The ideal candidate must be qualified to handle c-sections and have a strong commitment to patient care. The current schedule is 4 days a week, 10hr days, plus 1 in 3 hospital coverage.
Compensation Package:
Base Salary Starting at $250,000 (not including call pay, WRVu Bonus, or retention bonus)
Annual Compensation: $348,000+
Sign-on bonus of $50,000

CME Stipend
This is a direct employment with a non-profit, and will qualify for PSLF loan waiver.
