Emergency Department Paramedic

Riverview Regional Medical Center is seeking a skilled and compassionate Emergency Department Paramedic to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide direct care to patients in need of emergency medical treatment, working collaboratively with physicians and nurses to deliver high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct care to patients in the Emergency Department, working under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and Physician.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to provide compassionate and quality care in a cost-effective and efficient manner.
  • Work within the scope of EMT-P licensure, provided by the OEM and ADPH, and within the competency guidelines of the facility.
Qualifications:
  • Current and valid paramedic license issued by the OEM/ADPH.
  • 3 years of paramedic experience.
  • Current BCLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.
  • ACLS 30 days upon hire and maintain current.
  • PALS 30 days upon hire and maintain current.
  • BVP 30 days upon hire and maintain current.
  • Dysrhythmia exam completed with a score of at least 84% within 30 days of hire date.
