Mental Health Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Counselor to join our team at The Trauma Academy Northwest. As a Mental Health Counselor, you will provide clinical services to individuals, groups, and families, and work collaboratively with our team to ensure high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical documentation in a timely and accurate manner
- Act with professionalism and courtesy when interacting with clients and colleagues
- Communicate effectively with management regarding scheduling and client needs
- Work independently and advocate for professional growth and development
- Be flexible and adaptable in a dynamic work environment
- Engage in regular supervision to maintain clinical standards and continue professional growth
Requirements:
- Graduate degree in counseling, social work, or marriage and family therapy
- Equivalent degree with applicable coursework and certification
- Qualify as a Mental Health Intern
