About the Role

This position requires a highly skilled and experienced professional who is able to work effectively in a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our physicians and staff, including scheduling appointments, coordinating referrals, and communicating with patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling appointments and outpatient procedures under general supervision
  • Cordinating referrals, resources, and pre-authorizations as required
  • Communicating with patients and documenting relevant information within appropriate systems
  • Providing administrative support for practice operations, including scheduling meetings, preparing correspondence, and maintaining notes/minutes/files
Requirements
  • Three years of clerical and customer service experience required
  • One year of experience with health insurance plans, medical records data, medical terminology, registration, scheduling, or third-party payers required
  • Experience with electronic medical record systems preferred
