We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Front Desk Associate to join our team at the Sharon Center for Health & Rehabilitation. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our residents, families, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, residents, and families with warmth and professionalism
- Manage inquiries and respond to requests in a timely and efficient manner
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and resident activities
- Receive and distribute mail, newspapers, and gifts for residents
