Key Responsibilities- Execute with limited guidance the design and analysis of rotating parts using sound engineering principles and adhering to business standards, practices, procedures, and program requirements.
- Provide technical guidance that influences outcomes to other people supporting complex tasks; mentor others in the organization.
- Assure proper documentation of technical data generated for the assigned hardware consistent with engineering policies and procedures.
- Develop action plans, with guidance, to respond to issues/problems.
- Recommend the approach to meet the technical and program requirements.
- Participate as a presenter or reviewer in technical and program reviews with internal and external customers.
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering from an accredited university or college.
- At least 7 years of engineering experience in rotating part hardware design.
- Must be willing to work out of an office located in Evendale, OH.
- Passion for the aviation industry and advancing the state-of-the-art.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in-person and remote.
- History of building an inclusive culture.
- Ability to influence others and lead small teams.
- Effective problem identification and solution skills.
- Experience in design, analysis, manufacture of mechanical components.
