Position Overview
The Sales Coordinator will play a pivotal role in assisting the US Sales team by managing various activities and logistical operations. Reporting directly to the Director of Sales, this position is essential for ensuring smooth sales processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Verify purchase orders for accuracy prior to final submission.
- Collaborate with the CRM team to maintain updated and precise product features, options, and pricing.
- Engage with potential leads and conduct pre-qualification calls.
- Organize and coordinate all US Truck lead events.
- Support the sales team by streamlining inter-office operations for efficiency.
- Assist Sales Managers with quote preparation as needed.
- Create and design presentations when applicable.
- Ensure Sales Managers are equipped with the latest technical updates.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to maintain current information.
- Perform any additional tasks as required by Sales Directors.
Required Knowledge and Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM software.
- Spanish language skills are a plus but not mandatory.
