Radiology Regional is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Patient Scheduling Associate. As a key member of our scheduling team, you will be responsible for scheduling, canceling, and rescheduling patient exams for multiple imaging center locations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Schedule patient exams in accordance with Radiology Regional protocol, ensuring accurate and timely processing of patient demographics and clinical information.
  • Collect and process patient information via phone and computer, handling a high volume of daily calls and fax requests from patients and/or referring physician offices.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to all calls with courtesy and professionalism.
  • Manage and escalate priority issues, route calls, and questions to appropriate resources.
  • Meet productivity and quality standards, ensuring efficient and accurate scheduling processes.

**Requirements:**

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
  • Strong data entry skills, with the ability to type a minimum of 35 wpm.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
