Responsibilities
  • Help Customers Create a Home They'll Love: Our sales associates work with customers to understand their needs and preferences and help them find the perfect furniture and decor for their homes.
  • Engage and Present Home Furnishings and Service Options: Our sales associates are knowledgeable about our products and services and can help customers make informed decisions.
  • Navigate Large Showrooms and Be on Your Feet 8 Hours a Day: Our sales associates work in large showrooms and are on their feet for most of their shift.
  • Assist Customers in Finding the Best Financing Options: Our sales associates can help customers find the best financing options for their purchases.
  • Prospect and Account Management: Our sales associates are responsible for prospecting new customers and managing existing accounts.
  • Create Invoices and Schedule Deliveries: Our sales associates are responsible for creating invoices and scheduling deliveries for customers.
  • Management of CITY CRM System: Our sales associates use our CRM system to manage customer interactions and track sales performance.
Requirements
  • Education and Work Experience: A high school degree from an accredited institution or GED equivalent is required. Previous sales experience is a plus.
  • Schedule: Ability to work evenings and weekends as part of a flexible and accommodating full-time, 40-hour-per-week schedule.
  • Technology Requirements: Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and Google Suite is required. Ability to use an iPad for training, transactions, and other tasks is also required.
  • Certifications/Licenses: A Florida driver's license is required.
