Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Blending Production Associate to join our team at HB Specialty Foods. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating the blending production line to fulfill production requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate fill/feed lines on blending areas to ensure efficient production.
  • Operate Mixing Stations in blending areas to maintain high-quality products.
  • Operate packaging stations and stack finished products on any line to meet production demands.
  • Communicate any problems or changes in production or quality to supervisor or lead personnel to ensure seamless operations.
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) for line equipment and complete cleaning as needed to maintain a safe and clean production environment.
  • Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's) while in all production areas to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Fill out clear and legible batch processing documentation and cleaning records to maintain accurate records.
  • Run washroom equipment and use necessary personal protective equipment to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized production area to ensure efficient operations.
  • Participate in continuous improvement processes to enhance production efficiency and quality.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • Ability to consistently lift bags up to 55 lbs without restrictions or limitations.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with the blending line team.
