Overview

NorthStar Medical Radioisotopes is a pioneering organization at the forefront of developing innovative solutions for cancer treatment. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a MS&T Engineer II.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute design transfer plans for new products, ensuring seamless process transfer between development and operations.
  • Improve manufacturing capacity and efficiency by analyzing material and workflow, layouts, and equipment to meet quality and production goals.
  • Prepare and execute procedures, protocols, reports, and plans for assigned processes, including factory and site acceptance testing and qualification activities in a radiological environment.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to create and document recommended maintenance strategies for relevant systems, applying risk-based decision-making practices.
  • Review and investigate system/equipment failure incidents, formulate and record lessons learned, and continually improve and optimize system operation and maintenance strategies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in an applicable Engineering field, such as Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, or Nuclear, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum two (2) years of experience in a life science, food processing, or medical device industry.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
