The Director of Fleet Asset Management plays a crucial role in overseeing the lifecycle management of key assets, ensuring optimal utilization, uptime, and return on investment. This position involves strategic planning, asset acquisition, deployment, maintenance, and disposal, as well as providing leadership to a team of asset managers.

As a Business Owner of the Company's Asset Management MIS system, you will work closely with the MIS team to define, implement, and roll out improvements to processes and systems. Direct oversight of a centralized group of asset managers and indirect oversight of asset managers associated with key product lines are also responsibilities of this role.

The primary measures of accountability include asset utilization and uptime, return on invested capital (ROIC), and maintenance cost minimization. To achieve these goals, you will develop and maintain statistical reports related to maintenance, repairs, utilization, depreciation, and financial performance.
