About the Role:
Caia - Jobboard is seeking a seasoned Senior Marketing Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and enhancing client relationships through innovative marketing strategies and activities.
Job Summary:
The Senior Marketing Strategist will be responsible for developing and implementing integrated marketing plans and digital strategies that promote the strengths, capabilities, and services of our Financial Advisor/Private Wealth Advisor team. This includes creating all written, visual, and digital marketing messages and materials, managing various marketing channels, and leveraging the firm's tools and resources to develop effective marketing and communications.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and refine cohesive marketing plans that focus on driving team growth and enhancing client relationships.
- Manage and implement creative marketing and communications strategies, plans, and approaches to market and position the team to existing and prospective clients.
- Create all written, visual, and digital marketing messages and materials, including RFP responses, client event planning materials, and communication materials for firm offerings and announcements.
- Manage various marketing channels, including overseeing the team's digital strategy and contributing new ideas to enhance the team's social media presence.
- Leverage the firm's tools and resources to develop effective marketing and communications that promote the Financial Advisor/Private Wealth Advisor team, while aligning with current branding and positioning of Morgan Stanley.
- Utilize existing systems to capture and update all new marketing activities, including a master pipeline, prospecting activities, and related reporting.
- Monitor marketing projects, analyze results, and liaise with the firm's marketing departments.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- 10+ years of work experience in a field relevant to the position.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a relevant field preferred.
- Active Series 7 (GS) and Series 66 (AG/RA) or Series 63 (AG) and Series 65 (RA).
- Additional product licenses may be required.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with knowledge of data analysis and market research.
Salary: The estimated annual salary for this role is $110,000 - $140,000, based on industry standards and location.
