Job Title: Non-Destructive Testing Technician

Williams International is a leading manufacturer of jet engines for military and commercial aircraft applications. We are seeking a highly skilled Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) Technician to join our team.

Job Summary:

The NDT Technician will be responsible for the set-up and operation of x-ray and penetrant inspection equipment. This role requires a strong understanding of NDT methods and techniques, as well as excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct x-ray and penetrant inspections to ensure parts meet manufacturing standards and specifications.
  • Participate in inspection and testing activities to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Maintain accurate and reliable documentation of inspection results.
  • Perform routine maintenance of equipment and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure the continuous flow of materials and parts through the assigned Cell.
Requirements:
  • High School or GED and five years' experience in two out of five NDI methods, with at least three years' experience as a Level II in the two methods.
  • Effective interaction with team members, customers, and all levels of management.
  • Level 2 NDT x-ray and penetrant certification preferred.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. from floor to waist and push or pull a weight of 60 lbs.
  • U.S. citizenship required.
