Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Broker Network Development Lead to join our team. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for leading the development and management of partnerships with health benefit brokers. This role will focus on expanding our broker network, driving revenue through broker channels, and positioning LASO's healthcare solutions as essential offerings within broker portfolios.

  • Develop and execute a strategy for building and managing relationships with insurance brokers and third-party administrators (TPAs) to drive business for LASO Health's services (WorkWell by LASO, LASO Therapy, LASO Connect).
  • Serve as the primary liaison between LASO and the broker community, ensuring brokers are well-educated on LASO's offerings and empowered to effectively promote our services.
  • Build and maintain a strong partner development pipeline, track progress through the CRM system, and report key metrics to senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with brokers to develop customized strategies that align LASO's services with their clients' needs, particularly in employer group and corporate sectors.
  • Provide ongoing training, support, and resources to brokers to ensure they have the tools necessary to succeed in selling LASO's services.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in broker management, business development, or partnerships within the healthcare or insurance industries.
  • A strong existing network of insurance brokers and TPAs, with a demonstrated ability to grow broker partnerships.
  • A comprehensive understanding of broker sales cycles, healthcare programs, and employer-sponsored health benefits.
  • A proven success in developing and executing broker-focused business development strategies that drive revenue growth.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and promote LASO's offerings to brokers and clients.
