Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional guest service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure the sales floor is visually appealing, with merchandise properly displayed and signed.
  • Execute daily/weekly workload, including processing inbound deliveries, completing backroom fills, and maintaining backroom and fixture room organization.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals and support business priorities.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, sales trends, and inventory management best practices.
