About the Role:

The Vitamin Shoppe is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Key Holder to join our team. As a Key Holder, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth in our stores.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a direct support for your Management Team, executing tasks with excellence.

• Achieve and exceed daily sales and productivity goals, while supporting others as they do the same.

• Work with integrity, acting as Manager On Duty in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Manager.

• Efficiently process customer transactions, merchandise shelves, and price products accordingly.

• Master product knowledge by participating in continuous learning activities.

• Collaborate with an amazing team of Health Enthusiasts to maintain a satisfied and productive work environment.
