Your responsibilities will include facilitating the completion of mortgage loan applications, gathering, analyzing, and reviewing essential loan documentation in line with established guidelines, and providing ongoing support throughout the loan application journey. Our team thrives on referrals from our community, emphasizing the importance of effective communication, efficiency, and a positive attitude, even in high-pressure situations.
Compensation:$48,000 annually, plus experience-based bonuses per file.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist with administrative tasks such as managing calls, scheduling appointments, and other related duties.
- Collect and organize necessary loan documentation for verifications and underwriting, including loan files and credit reports.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the mortgage loan officer and clients, coordinating meetings to address outstanding items.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional service throughout the transaction process.
- Ensure all loan package documents are accurate and report any discrepancies to the loan officer.
- Highly motivated and goal-oriented with strong customer service and communication skills.
- NMLS license or training is preferred but not mandatory.
- 2-3 years of administrative support experience in a professional or mortgage environment is desirable.
