Role Summary:

As a Polysomnographic Technologist PRN, you will serve as a consultant to assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and reassess the care of patients with abdominal stomas, draining wounds, fistulas, pressure sores/dermal wounds, and incontinence. You will be involved in the physical, emotional, and social rehabilitation of patients, ensuring their needs are met in a manner consistent with the values and missions of Christus Health.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert consultation to assess and plan care for patients with complex wounds and incontinence.
  • Implement and evaluate treatment plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive care and support.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in wound care and polysomnography.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in an established sleep center.
  • RPSGT, CPSGT-RT-SDS certification.
  • Certified in Basic Life Support.
  • Recommend ACLS certification.
