Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of estimates for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, engineering, and sales, to gather project information and requirements.
  • Analyze project data and develop detailed estimates, including labor, materials, and equipment costs.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, executives, and internal stakeholders to ensure project estimates meet their needs.
  • Manage competing priorities, multitask, and stay organized to meet project deadlines.
  • Establish goals and objectives to achieve project deadlines and monitor progress.
  • Exercise good judgment and strong problem-solving skills to resolve project-related issues.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including engineers, architects, owners, and subcontractors.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to improve estimating processes and accuracy.
