Nurse Practitioner

Key Responsibilities- Assess client health needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide high-quality nursing care, including medication management, health education, and support
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Document client information and treatment plans in electronic medical records
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in nursing, with a focus on substance abuse and mental health. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
