Plant Supervisor Job Description

At ISCO Industries, we value our team members and strive to create a positive work environment. As a Plant Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our fabrication facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of 10+ employees in Fabrication, Rental, and Distribution areas.
  • Collaborate with production planning team to coordinate activities and meet changing business needs.
  • Manage plant expenses and drive operational reports and Key Performance Indicators.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve operational efficiency and employee engagement.
  • Participate in recruiting initiatives and foster a culture of continuous development.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, engineering, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience leading and managing a manufacturing/warehouse/distribution environment.
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
