Critical Care Nurse

UCHealth is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Critical Care Registered Nurse to join our team at UCHealth Poudre Valley Hospital Main Hosp. As a Critical Care Registered Nurse, you will provide top-notch patient care in a technically complex environment, utilizing the nursing process to prioritize wellness, patient perspective, and evidence-based practice.
Responsibilities- Provides direct patient care in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) or Progressive Care Unit (PCU) level of care.
- Utilizes AACN's Synergy Model and various specialty certification standards in evidence-based care models for each ICU and PCU.
- Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to achieve exceptional outcomes.
- Models proficiency through precepting those new to healthcare and/or UCHealth.
- Contributes to secure safety and quality at the point of care.
- CO RN license or eNLC privileges.
- 1-year experience in ICU or PCU.
- AACN's Synergy Model and various specialty certification standards.
