Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Critical Care Resource Team at Banner Health. As a critical care nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Assess and plan patient care, implementing evidence-based interventions to improve patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Provide education and support to patients and families, promoting health literacy and self-management
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development of best practices and policies
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members, ensuring seamless care transitions
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice
  • Minimum one year of experience in critical care nursing
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
