US Tsubaki Automotive, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Chain Inspector to join our team. As a Chain Inspector, you will be responsible for performing repetitive inspection and packing of various chain products, ensuring they meet established specifications.
Key Responsibilities:- Chain Inspection: Conduct thorough inspections of chain products using fixed gauges and visual inspections to ensure conformity to specifications.
- Packing and Preparation: Pack and prepare chain products for shipment, adhering to established procedures.
- Quality Control: Identify and report any defects or discrepancies in chain products.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of production and time data.
- Pin Sorting: Inspect pins using fixed gauges and visual inspections to ensure conformity to specifications.
- Stringing: Feed and provision plates to bowl feeders, load empty and filled strings to and from stringing machines, and maintain traceability.
- General Duties: Work from order, specifications, and general instructions of the group leader or Production Supervisor, and perform other similar and associated duties as required.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 0-3 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment highly desired.
- Safety First Mindset: Strong emphasis on safety and adherence to standard safety regulations.
- Quality Focus: Strong focus on quality and attention to detail.
- Teamwork: Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to use mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills to resolve issues.
- Material Handling: Ability to use material handling devices such as hand trucks and hydraulic lift trucks.
- Computer Skills: Basic computer skills and ability to use software applications.
