Ohio ENT & Allergy Physicians is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer to join our executive management team. As a key member of our leadership team, the successful candidate will play a critical role in driving the financial and operational strategy of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and evolve the finance and operations functions to ensure the financial health and stability of Ohio ENT & Allergy Physicians.
  • Develop and implement annual and long-term financial plans, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Oversee the accounting team, including the Controller, Accounting Director, and Accounting Specialist, to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to inform business decisions and drive strategic growth.
  • Collaborate with the CEO and executive management team to set and achieve financial and operational goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Accounting, with a CPA designation preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive financial management experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior or executive leadership role in a healthcare setting.
  • Proven track record of success in financial management, with expertise in private practice physician compensation models and commercial real estate holdings.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to build trust and alignment with staff, colleagues, physicians, and the Board of Directors.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in a clear and concise manner.
